NWSC installs solar system in Ruhama

National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has installed a solar system at Kakindo-Kitwe water supply system in Ruhama, Ntungamo district.

This is in a bid to improve supply reliability and reduce energy costs for efficient service delivery in Ruhama.

“We are installing a Solar system at Kakindo-Kitwe water supply system. The intervention is designed to serve our dear customers better. Water for all,” NWSC posted.

In a related development, NWSC today morning delivered 1.5kms of water mains to extend safe water in Apac town.

NWSC engineers continue to lay pipes km by km from town to town to achieve safe water for all in all our areas of operation. The water body wants to achieve this by 2018 in a campaign dubbed water for all.
