NWSC explains why there is Water Supply interruption in Jinja City

The Management of National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC)- Jinja area regrets to inform its valued customers and the general public that the current water supply interruption in Jinja City is due to a power outage affecting water production at Masese water works.

A team from UEDCL is on the ground working to resolve this issue ASAP. (ETR-5PM)

Affected areas;
Jinja City, Njeru, Bugembe, Namulesa, Iganga, Mayuge, and the surrounding areas.

Customers are therefore advised to use the available water sparingly during this downtime.
