Sheema South in Sheema District voters are looking into changing the leadership as the NRM primaries take place this Thursday 17th July 2025.
Mr. Johnson Musinguzi Byarabaha under team Googoro is battling for the seat with Veteran politicians Prof. Ephraim Kamuntu and Prof. Elijah Dickens Mushemeza.
Voters are seeking to change leadership and give youthful politician Mr. Johnson Musinguzi Byarabaha to lead Sheema South from 2026.
During campaigns, his message has been mainly on job creation for the youth and increase of income for citizens dubbed “cash omunshaho.” He has also promised to work on infrastructure especially roads, then health and education.
His message has resonated well with the youth, and many think he will beat the professors and Tirus Abaho this Thursday.
His rivals and incumbent Prof Mushemeza and ex MP Prof Kamuntu have been tested leadership wise and voters are eager to change and have fresh blood to push the constituency forward in terms of development.
