Muyanja Mbabaali in constituency projects inspection drive

The Member of Parliament for Bukoto South in Lwengo district, Hon. Muyanja Mbabaali has intensified constituency supervision for the ongoing projects which he started to boost development in the area.

Since the start of the year, the MP who is one of the most hard working has embarked on visiting the ongoing projects among his constituents. During the visit, he also launched new ones whose aim is to help income generation among the people of Bukoto South constituency.

During his supervision, he met residents of Kagganda and discussed with them developmental issues as well as looking at the ongoing projects in the area.

From there, Hon. Mbabaali held a meeting with residents of Kasaana where he later donated tents and chairs for commercial purposes.

The MP also attended the launch of Plascon anti malaria paint where H.E M7 was the chief guest.

He went on to discuss health issues affecting Bukoto South with Bishop Kaggwa at the world sick day at Nkoni.

Mbabaali continued his constituency tour by meeting the youth of Kkingo and Kisekka at Kiwangala. He gave them maize and bean seeds, spray pumps, Hoes among other things as a way of boosting and encouraging commercial farming in the area.

He also gave residents of Busubi maize and bean seeds.

The honorable MP while at Kisansala, gave out tents for commercial purposes and pledged to buy a plot of land where a health centre will be built.

He also paid a visit to the Police post which he rents at Kisekka for the community.

The MP earlier this year hosted President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni at his country home in Kiwanyi Bukoto South and from there, they attended the launch of clean water at Kaswa.

On the part of women, he set up A Rural Micro-Finance Credit Facility at Kinoni. It was officially opened by the president this year.

Agriculture being the backbone of Uganda’s economy, employing about 70% of the population, the MP has not stopped encouraging his people to be part of it. In late March, he gave out Seeds (maize and beans) to the people of Busubi parish at Busubi primary school in Bukoto South. He encouraged them to engage in commercial farming to boost their income generating activities.

The MP has also supported education in his constituency and always pays visit to schools. For example, he recently visited Sure House Academy Kiwangala and supported them.

The honorable MP is also Kabaka’s man and he is always attending Kabaka’s birthday parties with his family.

This year he went an extra mile to celebrate with his constituents by organizing the first ever Kabaka Birthday run in Bukoto South Constituency and Lwengo District which was very successful.

He bought kits for the people of Bukoto South which they used in the Kabaka birthday run on Sunday 7th April 2019.

2021 is not far and to Mbabaali because of what he has done for his people, it may be a walk over for him.
