A team of specialists at Mulago Specialized Hospital have Successfully carried out a 20-hour surgery to separate Siamese twins.
According to the Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary Dr. Diana Atwine, the specialists did a great job and showed their commitment to save lives of the twins.
“Thanks to the team. We continue to strive towards excellence in specialized health care,” Dr. Diana Atwine said.
“Immense appreciation to our team of specialists who carried out a 20 hour long surgery to separate Siamese twins at Mulago National Specialized Hospital.
