Marie Stopes Uganda known for its experience in providing health services regarding family planning and fertility have launched a new campaign targeting women’s health.
The campaign “For Every Stage of A woman” exemplifies Marie Stopes Uganda’s evolution to provide services to Women at all stages of their lives.
The campaign is part of the Women’s day celebrations by Marie Stopes Uganda.
During the launch, there was a live panel discussion on “A woman’s health journey from menarche to menopause”,.
Marie Stopes Uganda has been a driving force for family planning and women’s health services for over 30 years.
However, now they have evolved to focus on a woman’s health needs from menarche, through childbirth to menopause.
“We have enriched our service portfolio to provide solutions to women’s health problems at all stages of their lives,” said Carole Sekimpi, the Country Director of Marie Stopes Uganda.
Marie Stopes Uganda provide health services regarding Menstruation counselling, STI’s, cervical cancer, breast cancer management, Family Planning and contraception, Prenatal, antenatal, delivery and postnatal care,(Maternity services), neonatal care and menopause management.
