Shameless ‘horny’ administrator suspended by Makerere University
Makerere University has suspended senior Administrative Assistant in the office of the Academic Registrar, Mr. Kisuuze Edward, for sexually harassing a female student identified as Miss Njoroge Rachael Njeri. Kisuuze was pictured by his victim as he licked her thighs in the office.

Ms. Rachael Njeri Njeroge, a student of CoCIS, Makerere University who visited the University on Friday, April 13th, 2018 to certify her transcript and get an a recommendation letter was allegedly sexually harassed by Edward Kisuuze, a Senior Administrator at The Academic Registrar’s Department.

Professor William Bazeyo acting Vice Chancellor wrote suspending the culprit on behalf of the University pending investigations into the matter. Kisuuze is being held at Wandegeya Police Station.
