Lawyer Capt. Mamawi Stephen is gearing up for Adjumani West Parliamentary seat in the 12th Parliament 2026-2031 come next month.
The by-election to replace the late Gen Moses Ali is set to take place on 17th September according to the Electoral Commission road map for the exercise.
Hon. Mamawi Stephen is already on the ground campaigning nonstop for the seat. He wants to see effective service delivery in the constituency especially in health, education, water, electricity and other forms of infrastructure like roads to easy trade in the area.
He also wants to effectively and properly represent the views of Adjumani West people on the floor of Parliament.
