Mbarara City Woman MP, Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda, has warned fellow leaders in Mbarara City against corruption. Speaking at a function in Mbarara recently, Hon. Kibaaju in a low but tough tone said corruption will not be tolerated in Mbarara City as long as she is still the Woman MP.
While she said she is a very soft person, there are things she doesn’t take lightly like engaging in corrupt tendencies.
“I want to stand here and warn my fellow leaders against corruption. There is not going to be corruption here in Mbarara City. We must fight it. Like the President said on 12th May, this is the term for fighting corruption. You leaders stop being greedy. Do what you are supposed to do, serve the people without fear or favour,” Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda said.
