    Mbarara City Woman MP Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda has called for togetherness in order to break the remaining barriers and uplift one another.

    In her Independence Day message to Ugandans, Hon. Kibaaju emphasized the power of unity and women leadership in building a better nation.

    She said that together, with the full power of women leading the way, Uganda will build a more just, equal, and prosperous future.

    “Let us celebrate this Independence Day by breaking remaining barriers and uplifting one another,” Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda said.

    Mbarara City Woman Member of Parliament, Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda, has vowed that no amount of intimidation, threats, or criticism will divert her from serving the people of Mbarara City.

    Speaking exclusively to this website, the outspoken legislator, who represents Mbarara City in the 12th Parliament, said she remains firmly focused on her development agenda.

    Hon. Kibaaju noted that she has already hit the ground running and has started fulfilling some of the key promises she made to the electorate during the campaigns.

    Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda has vowed to continue with her development agenda for Mbarara City 

    “I am focused. Nothing will divert me from doing what is right and fulfilling my manifesto for the people of Mbarara City,” Hon. Kibaaju stated.

    “They will criticize us, they will fight us, but me and my team are determined to stick to our agenda and deliver on our manifesto,” she added.

    The Woman MP reaffirmed her commitment to transform Mbarara City, insisting that political detractors will not derail her mission.

    Mbarara City Woman MP, Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda, has said her up close and personal with voters on the ground during the recent Parliamentary campaigns was her best moment because it made her appreciate life more.

    The legislator said she learned a lot from the voters especially ladies who she would sit on the ground with as she hunted for the votes.

    She went to say that the information she got, she would not have gotten it if she had come with security personnels, chair and sanitizer. Hon. Kibaaju went on to challenge leaders to actively bridge the gap to improve communication, build trust and align with the needs of the communities.

    “My up close and personal with voters on the ground was my best moment because my campaigns made me appreciate life more.
    I learned so much from these ladies that leaders don’t get when they call for organized seminars. The information i got from them would not have gotten if i had come with a chair, sanitizer and security personnels.
    Leaders must actively bridge the gap to improve communication, build trust and align the community’s needs,” Hon. Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda said.
