Mbarara City Woman MP Hon Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda has hailed the leadership of Local Council in Mbarara City describing it as a foundation for a stronger tomorrow. While congratulating the newly elected Local Council Chairpersons in Mbarara City, Hon. Kibaaju called on them to join and they work together for betterment of Mbarara City.
