KCCA realeses statement on suspected cases at City Hall

A number of people suspected to be carrying COVID-19 are freely moving in and around Kampala. This comes after 7 cases were confirmed yesterday including from Ministry of Finance and Office of the Prime Minister.

Also today suspected cases were picked at City Hall, offces of KCCA. Below is a full statement from KCCA management;

Earlier this afternoon at City Hall which is the Headquarter of Kampala Capital City Authority, there was panic as some suspected cases of COVID-19 were reported.

The Emergency Response Team responded immediately and evacuated the suspected individuals for further Management.

KCCA is at the heart of providing services on behalf of Central Government and continues to observe the Standard Operating Procedures issued by The Ministry of Health.
