Kampala-Entebbe Expressway project’s complete physical works at 75%

The ongoing road works on Kampala-Entebbe Expressway is at 75% complete as you read this. The project is expected to be fully complete by the December this year.

“The Kampala-Entebbe Expressway project complete work has hit 75% physical works progress this month. This is especially for areas where the contractor has good space to work. We still have a few compensation delays around Abaita Ababiri section which we are trying to expedite and ensure works are not delayed,” UNRA.

The expressway contracted by Chinese company CCCC is a home to East Africa’s longest bridge- Nambigirwa bridge measuring length of approx 1.5km.
