

Jiefang Automobile threatened with court action, client wants 100m

Jiefang Automobile may face court wrath if they don’t refund their client Birungi Aminas for over UGX 100m for failure to supply the equipment agreed on.
In a letter of intention to sue seen by this website says Birungi entered into a contract with Jiefang Automobile to purchase New JHS 380HP 6X4 Road tractor Head model CA4256PIK5TIEYA80, Chasis Number LWNHXPJ3RABO1313 and Engine Number 1624A000032.
Birungi complied with their demands and made a down payment as required and even engaged the services of Dear My Bro International Company Ltd, a money lending company to finance the said contract on his part hoping that Jiefang Automobile will honor the contract entered with him.

However, Birungi has greatly been shocked by their illegal actions towards the contract they entered into with him a thing that has greatly inconvenienced him both financially and psychologically.
The Namanve company’s actions amount to breach of contract and are illegal in nature.

Birungi now wants Jiefang Automobile to pay over UGX. 100,000,000/= (One hundred million shillings only) due to cancellation of various contracts.
The intention to sue notice therefore serves to demand Jiefang Automobile to honour the said contract and deliver Birungi’s property as agreed within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of this notice, compensate him to a tune of UGX 100,000,000/=(One hundred million shillings only) being the loss so far caused unto him due to your illegal actions towards him and further pay UGX.10,000,000/=(Ten million shillings only) being legal fees so far incurred.
Jiefang Automobile has therefore been called upon to respond but should they fail to heed to the demands of the notice, Birungi shall be constrained to seek legal redress from courts of law and other lawful authorities at their costs, peril and embarrassment.

Jiefang Automobile Director Mr. Xin and Mukasa Yu, the director of Dear my Brother company, have 14 days to act accordingly before they are officially dragged to the commercial Court.
