Iwacuheza Festival registers major flop of the year

Iwacuheza Festival that was meant to celebrate Bafumbira, Banyarwanda and Barundi culture could win the flop of the year award.

The festival took place last night at the former Zoe Grounds Lugogo but registered the lowest turn up despite the favourable weather.

Organizers and sponsors were left in tears cursing the losses incurred.

It is said the low turn was due to poor management and organization by the responsible parties as well as absence of enough awareness through media channels.
