As part of celebration to mark International Women’s Day which is today, last evening Hajjat Hanifah Karadi commander team Nkuyege and Director HK Mothering Community Foundation with her operation team, visited a vulnerable mother of twins with 7 children in Kisalosalo Zone Kyebando Parish , and offered food packages, and gave her capital to do small business so that she is able to cater for her children’s welfare.
Such a good gesture is a true meaning of celebrating women. Hajjat Hanifah Karadi has been hailed for her golden heart which has seen her reach out to most needy people across the country particularly in Kawempe Division.
In related development, Hajjat Hanifah Karadi urged Ugandans to celebrate International Women’s Day in style and gave kudos to the Ugandan Government for initiatives empowering women.
“Programs like UWEP and gender mainstreaming in policies are making strides. Let’s appreciate efforts to promote women’s rights and participation. More power to women, more power to Uganda,” Hajjat Hanifah Karadi said.
