Government to support creative industry – Thomas Tayebwa
Government Chief Whip Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has assured the create Industry of more government support.
The Chief Whip who also doubles as the MP for Ruhinda North County in Mitooma District said this while attending inaugural Janzi Awards at Kololo Independence Grounds last week as chief guest.
He said the sector contributes 3% to the country’s GDP and that will government support, it is likely to contribute more.
He appreciated the organizers and Gen Salim Saleh for coordinating the arts industry.
