Government committed to having better service delivery
The government of Uganda through the Ministry of Health embarked on the construction of 124 new Health Centers III (HCIIIs) to cover all 1403 sub-counties across the country.
In addition, more than 103 hospitals are under renovation and upgrading.
The renovation of all the 14 referral hospitals across the country is also ongoing.
This conforms to the National Resistance Movement (NRM) manifesto’s commitment to continuous investment in health infrastructure.
