On Saturday July 20th 2019, Tycoon Hassan Basajjabalaba’s daughter Asha Lugolobi introduced her long time lover Azizi to her father in Nyabikyerere, Ishaka Bushenyi, in a massively attended high end function, that doubled as both an introduction and give away ceremony.
Singer Angella Katatumba who wore a stunning sexy and extremely classy black fitted outfit, stole the show at this hugely attended kwanjura event in Western Uganda, as both men and women flocked the star for selfies and handshakes before and after her performance, of which she happily obliged to give them.
Guests from Kampala and western Uganda towns were seen and heard openly admiring and praising the star for being smart and looking breathtaking.
Other artists that performed at the function were; Mesach Semakula, Winnie Nwagi, Aziz Azion and others. Immediately after their acts, Angella who was introduced by the MC as one of the greatest artists in Uganda, was then called to entertain the guests at around 6:40PM and was also introduced as the main performer of the night who would usher in the bride and company.
Katatumba performed two songs; ‘Ngenze Noono’ and her latest release ‘Tubigezeeko’ to the crowds delight.
Katatumba received heavy handfuls of cash from Basajjabalaba, his wife and others.
After her performance, honoured guests were heard looking for Angella to meet and greet her but to no avail, because the diva had already left.
