FUGITIVE!! Police Hunt Homosexual Student

A 17 year old student who was arrested last month from his Busembatya village in Eastern Uganda has escaped from police cells in Mbarara over homosexuality.

The teenager has been identified as Samuel Egesa Naminya who has been practicing homosexual with fellow students in one of the leading schools in Eastern Uganda. Sources told Red Pepper snoops that Egesa is believed to have fled the country after police had clear evidence linking him with spreading the vice among the youth especially fellow students. “Egesa was only saved by one of the police officers who helped him escape from the cell after being beaten to near comatose,” a source told us. In Uganda homosexuality is a very big sin and whoever is nabbed practicing it gets jailed. Last year a football manager identified as Chris Mubiru at a leading local club SC Villa was picked like a chicken thief by police after a video of him leaked to police practicing homosexual with teenagers. Egesa’s parents and relatives have also disowned their own child in fear of backlash from the angry citizens.

An excited Parliament debated and overwhelmingly passed the Bill which criminalises sexual intercourse between same-sex partners. The legislation provides for a sentence of life imprisonment for anyone convicted of homosexuality, which covers gays and lesbians. A proposal to put the punishment to 14 years in jail was rejected by the House. According to the new law, a person commits homosexuality if he penetrates the anus or mouth of another person of the same sex with his penis or any other sexual device. The offence is also deemed to have been committed if he or she uses any object or sex device to penetrate or stimulate sexual organs of a person of the same sex or if he or she touches another person with intent to commit the act of homosexuality. “A person who commits an offence under this section shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for life,” the passed Bill reads in part.
