The Minister in charge of the Presidency and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) who also doubles as the MP for Kibale County in Kamwenge district, Frank Tumwebaze has kicked off 2016 general election mobilization.

He is currently in his constituency as he kicked off the drive to retain his seat in the coming general elections next year. His third term endorsement was done at Biguli Sub County as locals handed over a spear and shield to him while endorsing his 3rd term as their Member of Parliament.

Meanwhile Frank K Tumwebaze earlier this week had a good meeting with the Nairobi Governor; Dr Kidero. The two discussed issues to do with metropolitan planning. “Kampala be sure that in the next few coming years, your city will have a Change,” Frank said.
