Frank Tumwebaze trashes rumours linking him to Besigye attack

The Minister of ICT and National Guidance has described rumours that he was involved in organizing hooligans who attacked Besigye yesterday in Mengo as total Trash.

The minister said the accusation posted by TVO on Facebook is aimed at tarnishing his name and laughed it off.

“While I always ignore most of the trash & fabrications many online trolls either out of hate or being hired write about me to tarnish my name, this one of TVO made me really laugh. Since when did Frank Tumwebaze become an acquaintance of Bwanika to plan together how to attack Besigye or have interest in opposition political squabbles? TVO oweddemu….If you are to tell a lie, tell a smart one next time,” Frank said.
