Photos: Cielo Lounge unveils delicious lunchtime buffet

Cielo Lounge, a magnificent Lounge and Restaurant that sits on the 5th floor of The Cube, Kisementi, yesterday launched a sumptuous buffet for its clients.

Michael Jowasi, Cielo Lounge Marketing Manager, told the media that the buffet officially starts on Monday next week in the restaurant section.

It will go for Shs20,000 a plate and will majorly feature delicious local foods like matooke, chicken, Irish and sweet potatoes to mention but a few.

“The kitchen will be open for other orders,” Jowasi said, explaining that those who don’t prefer what the buffet has to offer, can ask for something else to be prepared.

The restaurant will be serving starters also called appetisers coloured by different soups, specially prepared to the clients’ varying tastes.

This will be accompanied by various desserts including fresh fruits and tasty cakes.

 

The management said the buffet will be available daily from Monday to Friday 1pm-4pm.

Customers enjoying the meals will be treated to cool music every Friday.

The bar will be hosting soul artists every Friday to play soothing music for its clients.

At the launch yesterday, the lounge kicked off the weekend with Happy Kyazze, Uganda’s top afro-jazz saxophonist.
