Frank Gashumba commends Pan Dental Surgery’s work

Civil & Economic rights activist and Sisimuka Uganda founder, Frank Gashumba has commended the work done at Pan Dental Surgery on Buganda Road. The inspirational speaker has described the health facility as one of the best in the country.

Through his social media page, Frank recommended Ugandans to use the company describing Dr Kato Osman, one of the doctors at place as the best in the country. Below is what he wrote about the health service providers;

“We should be appreciative! YESTERDAY I visited Pan Dental Surgery for a routine dental checkup. I must appreciate first their customer care. The customer care I received from them is beyond what I expected from local company. They treat their clients like people who are on a honey moon. Addition to their customer care, they have the latest sophisticated dental equipments and surprisingly their charges are reasonably low for example a tooth refill goes for 75,000ugshs. To me, customer service is not a department. It is a full time job for every staff. If you are not making a difference in people’s lives to me I think you shouldn’t be in business. I was impressed by Dr. Kato Osman. This young man would explain to me each and every thing before he does it and why he is doing it which is very rare in Uganda. Thank you Doctor. I would recommend anyone to visit Pan Dental Surgery on Buganda Road. Share with me any company in Uganda with good,” Frank Gashumba said.
