Tourism enthusiastic and businessman Amos Wekesa has an important message here for the general public.
Posting on his social media platforms, the Ugandan hotelier and tourism promoter advised people to first create cash flow before thinking of building a house.
He said if you have firm businesses and Investments then you can think of building a house. At that stage, he said it will be sustainable.
“Focus on creating cash flows first from businesses and investments before taking on the responsibility of constructing a house,” Amos Wekesa tweeted.
