Dixon Bond Okello names Uganda’s top event promoters

International and local events security guru, Dixon Okello aka James Bond in his opinion has named Uganda’s top event promoters.

“In my Opinion, in no particular order, only the following event promoters/managers in Uganda are competent enough to make your event a success,” Dixon posted on his wall.

On the list is the award winning UK based star promoter and CEO of the Global Events, Mary Ingabire who was recently awarded Event organizer of the year by International Achievers Awards.

The award comes less than a month before she hosts the first ever Global Cultural event in Uganda on 13/8/2017 at Uganda Museum. Here is the list:

Balaam Barugahara

He operates under Balaam Events and Marketing based in Ntinda and is famous for organising local singers’ concerts. Never has he ever failed to fill a place where the concert he organizes takes place.

Aly Alibhai

He is well known for bringing in international stars under his label Talent Africa Group which is based in Nakasero. He is sharp and knows when and where to host a concert whether with local or international singer.

Joseph Masembe

Under his Mase Consultants, Masembe has mastered the game of event promotion and organization. He has successful hosted kids festivals for the last five years and plus and everyone around is copying his kids festival idea. He is good at this game.

Musa Kavuma

He is well known for keeping Eagles Production Band concerts filled all the time they hosted one those days. Whenever he steps in, don’t expect any flops.

Bobkins Kibirige

Under his Kibo Media, he is also credited for organizing successful local and international gigs. He has solely worked to fill all the concerts of Radio and Weasel plus other many local singers. He has also been the promoter of Uganda Cranes games at Namboole. He has a credit in event promotions.

Julius Kyazze

With his Swangz Avenue, he has never disappointed whenever he is called upon. He has successfully promoted many gigs here.

Winston Mayanja Tshaka aka Jazz Safari

Ten years on with the Jazz and Soul Safari and still going strong. He has brought in stars that many would have failed to bring to Uganda. Do we need say more…He is perfect!!!

Elizabeth Mushabe

Everyone who has worked with Mushabe will tell you that how perfect and hardworking she is. She can handle any given event with ease and fill it to more than capacity.

Suudiman

He has successfully brought international singers here on several occasions and his concerts have been a major success. He can truly handle an event perfectly.

Mary Ingabire

She is based in the UK and recently was voted the best Event Promoter by International Achievers Awards. She is the brain behind Mary Ingabire Global Event and manager at Richmondz Promoz. Mary Ingabire has hosted several successful gigs in London of Ugandan singers. She is also set to host the first ever Global Cultural Event at Uganda Museum on 13^th August 2017 and you can be rest assured that it will be successful.

“The others are just jokers and can’t be trusted to deliver. Like Bebe Cool said, be careful who you trust with your money,” Dixon concluded.
