Deputy Speaker tells MPs to stand firm against challenges of the world

The Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa has told Members of Parliament (MPs) to stand firm against challenges of the world.
He was speaking at Christmas Carols and Holy Communion Service, organised by the Parliamentary Anglican Chaplaincy last evening at Parliament.
He said that Members of Parliament need to stand firm against those threatening the institution of the family.
“Blessed to have attended the Christmas Carols and Holy Communion Service, organised by the Parliamentary Anglican Chaplaincy, this evening at Parliament. I urged Members of Parliament to stand firm against the challenges of this world especially those threatening the institution of the family. Thank you Bishop Emeritus, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Edward Muhima for leading the service & ushering us into the festive season,” Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa tweeted.
