Delhi Public School International adopts industrial visits

Delhi Public School International (DPS) Uganda has adopted to add value to our children’s academic studies. Over the weekend there was industrial visit by class 11 and 12 commerce stream.

According to the school, Class 11 and 12 had an opportunity to visit the Tembo Steels Industry in Lugazi last Friday.

The aim of this industrial visit was to learn the production process from raw materials to final output, administration payroll management, how workers handle stress full situations, and total quality management in different stages of the production process.

Industrial visits are some of the practices the school has adopted to add value to its children’s academic studies. With such practices, we believe that students will be able to apply the knowledge acquired in class in real life. Thank you Delhi Public School International for this great opportunity..
