Crane Bank To Undergo Biggest Software Upgrade
Local leading, Crane Bank is set for the biggest software upgrade next week. The financial institution’s latest software upgrade will help the bank to provide world class banking services.
Below is the statement from Crane Bank Management on upgrade;
Dear Customer,
Crane Bank is pleased to announce the upgrade of our core banking system, T24 Core Banking Solution from Temenos, which is the leading Banking software provider in the world. This will allow us to offer world class banking services to all our customers, including new and innovative products which underlines our commitment to providing the highest service to our customers. To accommodate the new systems upgrade, Crane Bank Head Office and all branches will be closed for public operations from Thursday 29th January 2015 to Sunday 1st February 2015. ATM services may be interrupted during this period. Crane Bank will resume business as usual from Monday 2nd February 2015. We would therefore kindly ask u\you to complete any month-end transactions, including salary remittance, before Thursday 29th January 2015 to avoid any interruptions to your business. We apologise for any inconveniences caused and ask your understanding. We are very excited about the new software and would like to thank you for your continued support as we continue to strive to bring you innovative and quality products.
