Uganda Revenue Authority (URA)’s Customs Department has a new commissioner, Showbiz Uganda has learnt. Collins Kateshumbwa was appointed the new Commissioner in charge of Customs Department yesterday. The new appointment was confirmed by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) THROUGH ITS Facebook page. Collins who was assistant commissioner in customs audit started his new duties yesterday. Below is what was posted in URA’s Facebook wall.

“Mr. Dicksons Collins Kateshumbwa is our new Commissioner Customs Department effective July 1st 2015. He has been serving as the Assistant Commissioner Customs Audit. We congratulate him upon this deserved promotion. New Customs Boss Congratulations,” the statement read from URA.
