Odongoth who has been a favourite to take the EALA seat opted out to start a new life at Parliament of Uganda most likely as a replacement for ditched Chris Obore who is under investigation for the misuse of funds at the August House.

The former Talk show host also previously worked as a senior communications person at the Office of Prime for close to 15 months before his unceremoniously exit after issues with Prime Minister Rt Hon. Robinah Nabbanja. Most of the people he hosted on the Front Liners and Behind the Headlines have gone to eat big in the government and they include Hon. Norbert Mao and Hon. Ofwono Opondo. He is also one of the best MCs at government functions especially those where the President is in attendance.
