Hon. Hellen Namutamba, the Busoga Kingdom Minister for Tourism and Heritage has graduated with a Diploma in Legal Practice at Law Development Centre (LDC). Her boss Rt Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga has hailed her for the achievement, congratulating and wishing her all the best in law practice.
“Diploma in Legal Practice now ready for the world of Law. Congratulations Hellen Olga Namutamba,” Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga said.
Hon Hellen Olga Namutamba was accompanied by her God Mother, life inspiration , mentor Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga as she was pronounced as an advocate of the Prestigious High Court.
The Ministry of Tourism and Heritage at Busoga Kingdom which she heads also congratulated their own for having joined the prestigious Uganda High Court.
