Hon Balaam ready to rehabilitate Rocky Giant

Events promoter and State Minister for Gender, Labour and Social Development in charge of Children Affairs and Youth, Hon. Balaam Barugahara, is ready to rehabilitate drug addicted and faded singer Rocky Giant.

The singer has been struggling for some years now. Currently talented Rocky Giant is on the streets trying everything he can to get money to buy the expensive drugs.

There are many musicians who have failed in their music because of drugs and alcohol. Some have been taken to rehabilitation to get treatment but some escape and immediately get back to their old ways.

Ever since Balaam became a minister, he has tried to help struggling musicians and other celebrities.

According to the promoter, Rocky Giant is a good musician that Uganda needs so much and he will not stand seeing him waste his talent and life.

As a Good Samaritan and someone that wants to see musicians doing better he is willing to take Rocky Giant to any rehabilitation that will be able to help him.

“I want to find Rocky Giant and see how we can rehabilitate him because he was such a good artist…” – Hon. Balaam Barugahara reveals as he advises youths and artists to stay away from drugs.
