Hon. Likambo hails the justice system on fighting corruption after Nandutu conviction

Hon. Agnes Nandutu will spend 4 years in jail

Former Kibanda North County Kiryandongo District MP aspirant Hon Likambo Bahti Taylor has hailed the Justice system in the country for its effort to wipe out corruption in the country.

His praise comes after the court convicted former Karamoja Minister Hon. Agnes Nandutu after she diverted iron sheets that were meant for the people of Karamoja. The court found her guilty after she diverted the iron sheets to her firm in Mukono. She was yesterday Friday sentenced to four years in prison and barred from holding public office for 10 years.

“Well done our justice system for their effort in fighting corruption which has deprived people of proper service delivery. All leaders should say no to corruption,” Likambo Bahti Taylor said.

Hon. Likambo Taylor Bahti has leaders who misuse government resources should be punished
