The people of Mbarara have decided to side and support Ms Kibaaju Charity Kamuhanda as their next woman MP for Mbarara City in 2026.
This comes after their current Woman MP Hon. Rita Atukwasa failed to show up and honor Mbarara NRM Cup which was held on Sunday 29th September.
The voters accused Hon. Rita of not showing up at the party event or even sending a representative or apology.
Hon. Kibaaju Charity was among the leaders who graced the Kakyeka Stadium event that was organized by Mr. Seth Murari, the coordinator of Sports and Games at the office of National Chairman (ONC).
Charity’s attendance on Sunday shows her willingness to lead and serve the people of Mbarara freely. She is taking over the ground in Mbarara City.
