2026 Updates: Mafabi Asha Nabulo lauds President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni & NRM as she paints Sironko District Yellow

Sironko District Woman MP seat NRM Flag Bearer Hon Mafabi Asha Nabulo was full of praise to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and NRM Government on Wednesday as the president who doubles as the NRM Presidential candidate 2026 kicked off his Bugisu campaign trail.

She lauded the government for benefitting the people of Sironko District especially the Parish Development Model (PDM) saying it has covered every household in the district.

“We are lucky that in Sironko District every household in all the sub counties have benefitted and received PDM money,” Mafabi Asha said.

She rallied the people to vote for president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in big numbers in the forthcoming general elections slated for mid January 2026.

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni hailed Hon. Mafabi Asha Nabulo for doing her best to uplift the people of Sironko District through different projects she has supported. He called on the people to vote for her and all the NRM Flag bears in the district sighting party unity to continue serving Ugandans.

Through her Mafabi Asha Foundation (MAF) which started in 2020, Hon. Asha has been a pillar of the locals in the district even when she is not yet an MP.

Dubbed one of the best NRM Mobilizers in Bugisu region, Hon. Mafabi Asha attracted massive crowd to cheer President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as he campaigned there.

The President was totally impressed by what is on the ground and urged the people of Sironko District and send her to Parliament.

With the President’s rally now down, Hon. Mafabi Asha Nabulo is set to kick off serious ground work to mobilize for her quest to represent Sironko District in the 12th Parliament come 2026. She wants Sironko District to have an effective and service delivery oriented leadership.
