2026 Updates: Hon. Lillian Aber rallies for support in Orom & Kiteny Subcounties

Kitgum District Woman MP Hon. Lillian Aber has continued with mobilization on the campaign trail for Kitgum District Woman Member of Parliament seat and for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the NRM Presidential candidate. Today she held successful rallies in Paluba in Kiteny Sub-county, and in Lunganyura and Lolwa Parishes in Orom Sub-county.

She outlined her achievements for the people of Kitgum including strengthening women’s economic power through VSLA groups, supporting education by paying school fees for learners from vulnerable households, and championing the fight against Karamojong cattle raids. Hon. Lilian Aber who also doubles as State Minister for Refugees, Relief and Disaster Preparedness also reaffirmed her commitment to ensure a lasting security and to intensify the fight against cattle rustling among others.
