2026 Updates: Hellen Namutamba kicks off NRM Presidential candidate Yoweri Kaguta Museveni re election drive in Busoga

Presidential advisor and Busoga Tourism, Culture and Heritage Minister Hon. Hellen Namutamba has today kicked off President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni re election drive campaign in Busoga Region.

Dubbed the Yellow Week kick off, Hellen took her top notch mobilsation to the ground to lure the people of Busoga Region to tick NRM Presidential candidate Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in the next year’s General elections and Presidential Elections.

Together with her media team, Hon. Hellen Namutamba kicked off the activation drive from Bugiri.

Last week Hon. Hellen Namutamba together Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga met with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and discussed support mobilisation in the Busoga Region.

Hon. Hellen Namutamba was tasked to hit the ground running from 15th October and she wasted no time. She had a successful drive in the area gaining the Yellow momentum.

Minister Hellen Namutamba addressed a vibrant crowd in Namayingo District, emphasizing ghetto youths empowerment, boost job creation and improved welfare in gold mines by NRM government after securing NRM’s win 2026.

After the Trek, Hellen Namutamba told the place that Bugiri is all yellow after a massive, and marvellous great trek in the area.

“Update our people and the country that Bugiri District is for Mzee Museveni,” Hon. Hellen Namutamba said.
