The head of Bavandimwe Community in Uganda and NRM Chief Mobilizer, Mr. Frank Gashumba, was seen storming Kyankawanzi in swag ahead of NRM Presidential candidate Yoweri Kaguta Museveni campaign trail today. He was in the company of NRM supporters and Bavandimwe Community members.
He looked in a buoyant mood as he led part of the NRM mobilizing team in the central region to cheer up President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
Frank Gashumba also doubles as the National vice chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Buganda Region.
