Former Makerere University Business School (MUBS) 25th Vice Guild President Hon. Lenia Charity Kevin has been duly elected the new Member of Parliament (MP) for Vurra County in Arua District on the ticket of the National Resistance Movement (NRM). The youthful politician becomes one of the youngest MPs in the 12th Parliament.
“Duly elected Vurra County Member of Parliament 2026-2031. Thank you Lord.,” she shared on her X page after she was declared.
Ms Lenia Charity Kevin also previously contested for the Guild President of MUBS and she also doubles as the Girls /Women’s Rights Advocate.
In September last year, she was President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni ‘s nominator on behalf of the NRM party.
She remains a believer of the steadfast and prosperous Uganda.
She wants to have an accountable and service delivery oriented leadership in Vurra County. Watch the space!!!
