The race for Mawokota North MP seat is hitting up as Mr. Bugembe Abubakar has returned forms of expression of interest for the seat to the National Unity Platform (NUP) party headquarters at Makerere Kavule. He returned the forms on Friday last week.
Abubakar is on the ground together with the team mobilizing for support as they prepare for NUP primaries in the next few weeks.
He wants to improve service delivery in all sectors in Mawokota North and also the whole of Mpigi District.
Many people in Mawokota North now see him as their new hope to drive development in the area.
