Ziza Bafana on how much he got from UNMF as facilitation

Singer Ziza Bafana real name Kasendwa Richard has reveals how much the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) paid him as a facilitation.

He said that he expected more since they had got money from the government but he can clearly reveal that he was much more disappointed than any other thing.

There has been so much drama in the federation simply because of the political differences between artistes. Some are strong supporters of the ruling party while the others just support the opposition political parties.

According to Ziza Bafana, the government invested money in the federation so that it can help struggling artistes get back on their feet by doing different businesses.

But when he went to get that help, they gave him just 4 million which can’t even record a song and make a video for a musician.

He said to him it seemed like a joke but he had no choice rather than take the money the way it is and use it.

“I got 4M UGX as facilitation from UNMF. As you all know it can’t do anything for anyone and that is all about it,” Ziza Bafana.
