“Without ICT Innovations, the digital growth of any country will remain stagnant,” Frank Tumwebaze said.
“I have this Monday morning, the 20th of February 2017, addressed and officially opened the 53rd Governing Council meeting of the African Advanced level telecommunications Institute( AFRALTI) convening here in Kampala. Delegates from 11 African member countries are in town to attend the council meeting. As Uganda and the ministry of ICT in particular, through our regulatory agency UCC, we are honored to host this regional meeting. In my opening remarks, I challenged the Institute to deepen research in ICT innovations and advise us the Policy makers on how best to support talents that drive innovation. Without ICT Innovations, the digital growth of any country will remain stagnant. I am looking forward to an enriching conversation with these delegates throughout the week,” Frank K Tumwebaze posted.
