National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) Managing Director Eng. Silver Mugisha has said water shortage in greater is going to be history very soon.
He said the national water body is on the brink of completing Katosi plant which will add 162 million liters of water daily.
The MD said they are coming to completion of Katosi Water Treatment Plant (WTP) with its accompanying transmission pipe appurtanances.
“We had a small but critical technical logistical hitch that we have overcome. The water supply shortage issues in greater Kampala area will soon be history,” NWSC MD Silver Mugisha said.
