UGOMI is a voluntary charity organisation resistered in Germany and was founded by Rita Lubega.
“Having done my training in kindergarten in Germany, I saw there is a big difference between a child in Europe and in Uganda and  on my journey to Uganda, I made a case study in Nkele slums ever since my heart to help the children improve their standards of living during my time in Kampala. I met a lady whose husband had deserted her because she had disabled children, I took care of this woman bought her a house worth UGX 60m not knowing this lady would later turn the home into a school.  Ever since parents with the same problem joined her, i decided to fund them using my savings from school fees loan. In January 2017, the team came up with registering the organization,” Rita said.
Mrs Raab (in red top in the picture) is the the treasurer who has advertised the organisation world wide. Other members on committe are; Rosie,Margit ,and Annette and the team is expected in Uganda this year.
