Uganda’s Queen of All Media Flavia Tumusiime to Grace 7th Edition of PRAU Monthly Run
Talented Media Personality Loves To Keep Fit Even With A Busy Schedule
Turn on the radio and you will hear her voice. Switch on the television and you will see her face either reading news or acting. Flip the newspaper and magazine pages and you will read about her. Go online and you will be influenced by her words.
She is, indeed, everywhere. She is the embodiment of a real public relations professional who works in both traditional and new age media. Her name? Flavia Tumusiime, the Ugandan Queen of All Media.
For the very first time Flavia Tumusiime will be joining Uganda’s professional association for Public Relations practitioners for the seventh edition of their monthly health fitness activity dubbed the “PRAU Monthly Health Run”.
“We have seen Flavia Tumusiime grow from a budding talented teen to a successful media personality. Her growth has been immense and admirable. This opportunity gives us a chance to learn from her” said Cynthia Mpanga, President of PRAU.
Flavia Tumusiime is a Ugandan actress, radio and television host, voice-over artist, emcee and author of 30 Days of Flavia. She presents a mid-morning radio show (AM-PM Show) on 91.3 Capital FM and is a VJ for Channel O. She is currently playing the role of Kamali Tenywa (lead role) in Uganda’s exciting, action packed television series ‘Beneath The Lies’. She has hosted local, regional and international events including the Guinness Football Challenge and Big Brother Africa.

In spite of her busy schedule Flavia Tumusiime is known to be an ardent fitness freak, often sharing photos of herself in the gym. She approaches fitness with fun, a recent tweet on her Twitter account @Mizzflav read “Eating was the easy bit, now am at the gym having conversations with the treadmill like we are on an awkward date”.
“She has an infectious personality. We look forward to being infected with her fitness regime” said Cynthia Mpanga.
