Kampala: The Uganda Film Festival (UFF), powered by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), is back starting 21st to 28th August 2026. In its 13th edition, the festival is a flagship platform for celebrating Ugandan cinema and creative talent, it brings together filmmakers, actors, industry professionals, Government Agencies, partners and film lovers for film screenings, professional development and networking.
The festival will showcase the best of Ugandan storytelling through film screenings, curated events, workshops, and industry forums that build skills, encourage collaboration and connect filmmakers with audiences, culminating into a Glamorous Awards Ceremony on 28 August 2026 to recognize outstanding talent and content.
