UBL dishes out goodies to customers

Under the Tubbaale Promotion, Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL) has been giving out prizes such as plots of land, vans, motor cycles, flat screen TVs, airtime among others to each of their customers who participate and win in the promotion.

Handing over the million-worth prizes at Lambertini, UMA Showgrounds on 16th August 2016, Bell boss Maureen Rutabingwa said the promotion has attracted a lot of support from customers.

She added that it was initiated as one way of giving back to the community and exciting their customers through the wide range of prizes as they celebrate 70 years of existence.

“We still have a lot more under the crown so even after today, make sure you keep drinking and celebrate with us.” Maureen relayed.

In her remarks, Nambuya Fatima, a proud television owner commended the breweries for changing lives of many through the promotion.

“I will never be the same with this TV, being a businesswoman, I am planning on setting up a bar in Entebbe town and will put this TV there as a gift from Bell.” Fatima emphasized.

UBL also intends to traverse the country and take Tubbaale to the whole of Uganda in four explosive regional celebrations starting this weekend in Western Uganda where UBL will host a party at Agip Motel Gardens Mbarara.

Tubbaale will run for two months (August and September) featuring three of UBL’s renowned beer brands; Bell Lager, Tusker Malt Lager and Guinness.

“However, while we encourage you to participate in the promotion, we urge you to drink responsibly, we have also called on participating outlets not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18,” Maureen concluded.
