Speaker welcomes Livestock Compensation program
New Speaker of 11th Parliament Rt Hon Anita Annet Among has welcomed the launch of Livestock Compensation program for Lango, Acholi and Teso subregions.
The compensation program was launched by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni yesterday in Soroti.
Rt Hon Anita Annet Among said she is happy that this process has been rolled out to address an issue of concern to many of the affected people in the said regions.
“This Saturday, i joined His Excellency President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as he launched the Livestock Compensation programme for Lango, Acholi and Teso Subregions in Soroti City. We are happy that this process has been rolled out to address an issue of concern to many of our People,” Rt Hon Anita Annet Among said.
