Socialite Sheilat Mulungi cracks a deal with Stabex International Uganda, to become their face
City socialite and entrepreneur Sheilat Mulungi popularly known as Quin Ov Heart has cracked a deal with fuel giants Stabex International Uganda.
Sources intimated to us that the sexy Sheilat will be the face of Stabex on their billboards across the country.
Quin Ov Heart confirmed the news on her social media platforms.
